TERMS, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Please read these terms before booking your Applied Human Change session.
These terms explain the booking, payment, preparation, cancellation and rescheduling arrangements that apply to personalized Human Change sessions.
1. SESSION FEE
The fee for a Personalized Human Change Session is US$500.
Payment is made in full when booking.
Your fee includes your detailed pre-session questionnaire, my individual review of your information, preparation and personalized session design, and your 90-minute private online Human Change session.
2. QUESTIONNAIRE DEADLINE
Your completed pre-session questionnaire must be received at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
This deadline is necessary because I personally review your information and prepare your individual session before we meet.
If your questionnaire is not received by the deadline, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to allow adequate preparation time.
3. CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, the session fee may be non-refundable because individual review, preparation and session design work may already have been completed.
Where preparation has not yet commenced, I may, at my discretion, offer a rescheduled appointment.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
4. AFTER PERSONALIZED PREPARATION HAS BEGUN
Applied Human Change is a personalized service, and part of the service is performed before your online appointment.
Once I have begun reviewing your completed questionnaire and preparing your individual session, part of the service you purchased has already been provided.
If you cancel after personalized preparation has begun, any refund or rescheduling request will therefore take into account the work already performed, subject to any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
5. LATE ARRIVAL
Please be ready to begin your session at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, the session may still need to finish at the originally scheduled finishing time.
This protects appointments scheduled before and after yours.
If you are significantly late and there is insufficient time to conduct the session appropriately, the appointment may need to be treated as a late cancellation or rescheduled at my discretion.
6. MISSED APPOINTMENTS
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted me beforehand, the appointment will generally be treated as a missed session.
Because preparation may already have been completed and the appointment time has been reserved for you, missed sessions are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer law.
7. IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
You will be offered an alternative appointment.
If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, any amount you paid for a service that has not been provided will be refunded.
8. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
Online sessions depend upon functioning internet, video and communication technology.
If a significant technical problem prevents the session from proceeding or materially interrupts the session, we will determine an appropriate way to continue, reschedule or otherwise address the affected portion of the appointment.
Technical issues will be considered according to the circumstances, including whether the problem arises from my systems, your systems or an external service.
9. YOUR PARTICIPATION
Applied Human Change is an active and participatory personal-development service.
You remain responsible for your decisions, participation and actions during and following the session.
You may ask questions, pause an exercise or decline to participate in an exercise at any time.
10. RESULTS AND OUTCOMES
No particular result or outcome is guaranteed.
Human responses vary, and the effectiveness or usefulness of personal-development work can differ between individuals.
Payment is for the personalized service, preparation, session design, instruction and guided session described on this website, rather than for a guaranteed outcome.
11. SCOPE OF SERVICE
Applied Human Change is an educational and experiential personal-development service.
It does not provide counselling, psychotherapy, psychological assessment, diagnosis, medical care, crisis intervention or mental-health treatment.

12. PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY & DISCRETION
I recognize that your Human Change work may involve private information relating to your professional life, personal circumstances, relationships, family or other sensitive matters.
Information you provide in connection with your enquiry, booking, pre-session questionnaire and Human Change service is handled in accordance with the Applied Human Change Privacy Policy.
Your questionnaire is reviewed by me personally for the purpose of understanding, preparing and providing the Human Change service you have requested.
Information about your Human Change work is treated as private and confidential within the operation of the service, subject to necessary third-party service providers and any disclosure required or authorized by law, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking and paying for an Applied Human Change session, you confirm that you have read and understood:
• the information provided about the service you are purchasing;
• the Service Information & Suitability information;
• these Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy; and
• the Applied Human Change Privacy Policy.
Your booking is subject to these terms and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
